Clarifying her comments: Miley Cyrus, 30, shared a statement on her social media platforms, in an effort to clarify her comments in a British Vogue interview about not touring in support of her new studio album Endless Summer Vacation

Miley Cyrus has taken to her social media platforms to address her comments in a British Vogue interview about not touring in support of her latest album, Endless Summer Vacation. She clarified that she is constantly finding new ways to connect with her fans without sacrificing her own essentials and that touring has been among the most cherished times of her life. However, the lifestyle on the road comes at a price, which she is not willing to pay right now. Cyrus explained that she doesn’t want to get ready in a locker room, sleep on a moving bus, or travel with her archival looks that don’t fold well. Although she has made up her mind not to go on a full-out tour for her latest album, she remains open to her feelings about the road changing in the future. Cyrus’s last full-fledged tour was for her fourth studio album, Bangerz, in 2014. Since then, she has done short treks on the road in support of other releases.

'This has nothing to do with a lack of appreciation for the fans everything to do with I simply don't want to get ready in a locker room. Which is the reality of life on the road,' the pop star said of her reasoning about not going out on the road

“I want to make it clear that I love my fans, but my decision not to go on tour has nothing to do with not valuing them. It’s simply because I don’t want to go through the hassle of preparing in a locker room, which is the norm when you’re constantly on tour,” explained the pop star.

No road doggin' for Miley: Cyrus went on to explain,' I just don't want to sleep on a moving bus. It isn't what's best for me right NOW'; she's pictured performing in March 2022

Miley Cyrus has decided against going on tour due to her preference for not sleeping on a moving bus. Instead, she released her eighth studio album, “Endless Summer Vacation,” which features the hit single “Flowers.” The song broke several streaming records and spent eight weeks at number one on the US Billboard Hot 100, while also topping charts in 36 other countries. Two more singles, “River” and “Jaded,” were released before the album debuted at number three on the US Billboard 200, making it Cyrus’s 14th top-10 album. This album is her first release with Columbia Records after leaving RCA Records. Her previous album, “Plastic Hearts,” showcased her move towards rock and glam music and debuted at number two on the Billboard 200, featuring collaborations with Billy Idol, Joan Jett, and Dua Lipa.
